Ashish has been a preferred consultant by most clients in South Asia. His areas of expertise are  spread across complete length & breadth of contact center operations

His assignments include establishing the quality function of Indian operations of the world’s largest BPO. Ashish has also been the Lead Auditor & Consultant for a leading International 3rd party BPOs based out of NCR, India. Ashish has set-up captive contact centers for the largest telecom company in Sri Lanka and also the largest 3rd party BPO in country. Ashish has been the lead for process improvement projects for a telecom giant and chief consultant for operations management for an Indian domestic BPO.

Prior to LiveBean, Ashish worked as a Global Consultant at OmniTouch, and was a Lead for some of the largest outsourcing consulting assignment in Asia.

Ashish also leads the research function with focus on Mystery Shopping & CSAT.

He is a COPC RC, a CIAC Certified Management Consultant and is a Six Sigma expert. Ashish has been associated with organizations like GECIS, Convergys, OmniTouch, Electrolux, besides being a successful entrepreneur in dot com arena.

Mahesh Punia

Mahesh is a well-established business expert in the contact center field with global experience of establishing service delivery centers in Europe, Asia Pacific and South Asia.

 

Mahesh is the founder of LiveBean Consulting and Training Pvt. Ltd, an organization that he incorporated with a mission to ‘make a contribution towards enhancing customer experience’

in alliance with ‘The Call Center School, Tennessee, USA; to bring to the Asian & African markets the option of benefiting from ‘The Masters Series in Call Center Management’, which was voted “Industry’s Best Training Solution” for four consecutive years at the International Call Center Management (ICCM) Conferences.

 

An accomplished business consultant, his cross functional experience & expertise in the outsourcing business solutions spans across International Business Development, business start-ups, strategic business planning, investment acquisition, operations & performance enhancement, workforce management, quality & compliances, infrastructure planning and strategic customer relationship management.

 

Mahesh has over 15 years of experience spreading across verticals such as supply chain management, technology, retail, financial services, telecommunications, travel & hospitality, airlines and third party BPO.

 

Prior setting-up LiveBean, Mahesh was the chief architect of OmniTouch’s (ICMI) success in South Asia, in the capacity of Director South Asia based in India he established the consulting & training solutions in South Asian markets and assisted many clients in achieving their business objectives ranging from new start-ups to business transformation.

 

Prior to OmniTouch, Mahesh established service delivery centers, BPOs and businesses in Europe, Asia and India, while being associated in roles as Country Industry Development Manager at Deutsche Post World Net (DHL India), Chief Operating Officer at Tanla Solutions,  Route Development Manager Europe at Expeditors International and Convergys. In 2004 he set-up a high-end third party technical support business in India for Tanla Solutions, a strongly trading public listed company, in 2006 he helped set-up the largest contact center in Sri Lanka, in 2007 he significantly contributed to the profitability of one of the leading third party international BPO in India and also took over the operations of one of the leading domestics third party business solutions company.

 

A certified business consultant and one of the first three to be CIAC Certified Management Consultant in South Asia, his experience has the much desired mix of captive domestic & international (offshore) and third party domestic & international (offshore) businesses.

 

A frequently invited speaker at various industry seminars and business schools, he is driven by his passion to transform the outsourcing business towards value creation through enhancing professional skills and process excellence, thus realizing true potential of outsourcing for the clients.

Pam Trickey delivers worldwide training programs, provides instructional and course development expertise, performs call center audits and training needs analysis

Pam has traveled extensively delivering call center training programs throughout North America, as well as England, Ireland, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Turkey, South Africa, and India

Prior to founding The Call Center School, she was Director of Call Center University (CCU) and had responsibility for the general management of the worldwide CCU program development and course delivery process.

With over twenty years of experience in the call center and computer industries, Pam brings to client projects extensive management expertise in many phases of call center operations, including dispatching, field service, training, and technical support.

She spent several years as the Director of Dynatech’s Technology Service Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

Pam is a regular speaker at industry conferences and trade shows and writes frequently for call center trade publications. She is the primary author of Strategies for Managing Call Center Personnel, and along with other faculty at The Call Center School has co-authored several other management texts, including Call Center Supervision: The Complete, Practical Guide to Managing Frontline Staff and Call Center Overview and Applications.

Prachi Sarin

Prachi is a MBA graduate with extensive experience in Research & Client Servicing.

Prachi manages LiveBean market awareness and sales efforts in India for all the products.

She is responsible for managing proactive and responsive communication with the clients.

Besides managing the service relationships for LiveBean clients , she also manages the daily operations.

 

Prachi is also an expert in Mystery Shopping.

Amit Sinha

Amit is a senior management consulting professional. He is the founder of Knowledge Capital Partners, a company engaged in the business of providing management and leadership inputs to leading business corporations. The brands that he has been associated with include British Telecom, Radio One, Canon, Taj Hotels, BlowPlast, Avaya, Sumi Motherson, etc.  

 

As an Executive Director at LiveBean Amit, besides delivering his powerful management programs, is responsible for developing new markets and establishing training academies.

 

Prior to this, he has worked for over 20 years “in the trenches” – with organizations which include MNC’s and the TATA group of companies (at the level of Director).

Amit has provided corporate clients with unique resources for strengthening a high-performance environment. He possesses considerable expertise in “total quality” and the "people side" of business.

He is an influential speaker. During his seminars, he creates meaningful interaction, teaches powerful techniques, and generates intense engagement, and as a consequence participants actually internalize the concepts. 

Amit has a degree in engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and is a post graduate in International Business from prestigious Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

Puneet heads Training, Instructional Designing and Curriculum Development

Puneet has a rich senior management industry experience with much desired mix of operations, quality, hiring and project management. Puneet is senior consultant on multiple projects across Asia helping clients address the areas of hiring, people management, performance management, quality & Six Sigma and BCP/DRP. His is a subject matter expert for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and BS 7799 besides being a practicing Six Sigma Master Black Belt

Puneet also has a unique ability of being an exceptional trainer besides being a highly valued consultant. He Puneet is a CIAC, Senior Management Trainer and one of the first three in South Asia to be a CIAC Certified Management Consultant.
