How does it work?
Discover: We begin with understanding the As-Is state of your vendor management organization. If your requirement is to set up a Greenfield VMO we understand the key business objectives for setting up VMO. On completion of Discover phase we will share with you management readout and a detailed report listing our observations.
Design: In this phase we design all processes needed for a world class Vendor Management Organization. Design phase takes output of discover phase to ensure that the solution designed incorporates the current situation of your vendor management organization.
Deploy: Upon completion of Design phase we work with your organization to pilot the vendor management solutions. The pilot is done on a select group of vendors before its across vendor deployment.
